Katelin and Adam’s Modern Purple Wedding

Katelin and Adam held their romantic and colorful modern purple wedding reception at Chez, and they filled the celebration with candles, dramatic lighting and plenty of friends, family, and some very special moments. For the bride, who wore an elegant wedding dress by Enzoani in a mermaid silhouette on the special day, some of the highlights included a floating rehearsal dinner that took place during a chartered cruise on Lake Michigan -- overlooking many of the spots where the couple had incredible memories in Chicago -- and the delicious wedding cake served during the reception. The showstopping dessert came courtesy of Jewell Events Catering, who served up a tiered red velvet cake that was filled with strawberry-infused buttercream. Yum!
