Ava and Daniel’s Purple Wedding Reception

Ava and Daniel's purple wedding reception at Chez was a whirlwind of a good time for the bride, groom and all who attended the celebration for this lovely couple. The most unexpected moment of the night came in the form of the couple's choreographed first dance. How did they manage to surprise everyone with their awesome moves? They practiced in secret for months and when the time came to share their first dance as a married couple, they wowed everyone with their fun and energetic dance medley. Jewell Catering hit it out of the park for the guests at this purple wedding reception with Chicago-themed snacks that acknowledged both the North and South side baseball clubs: Wrigleyville sliders and South Side Irish corned-beef sandwiches. The venue was adorned with chic and modern floral arrangements that played into the purple and ivory color scheme. And the bride even did much of the decor herself. Ava owns an art and design company, Ava Brand Art, that contributed the lighted orchid centerpieces on mirrors, mirrored seating chart, place cards and other various decor items.
